Refund Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with any aspect of your order of healthy truffles or wild superfood or other seeds, please email us immediately at truffles@blackbirdnaturals.com so that we may put a smile back on your face. We will provide you with a full refund if you do not receive your order as intended or give it a go with a replacement with an alternate product that is delectable - so far we have only had smiles! Occasionally, we will not be able to get a particular seed from our small growers so your collection boxes may not include one or another as listed under the product descriptions - in that case, if you are not happy with our replacement at the time of shipping our box, we'll work on sending you one you love. For a refund, please make certain to let us know of any problems within 5 days of receiving your goodies. Otherwise, particularly in the caes of our seeds, there are many uncontrollable growing and climatic conditions (soil preparation, fertilization, weed and pest control, temperature control, irrigation…etc.) that must be met to insure the success of your crop(s) or plants. Conditions that create success with one seed variety will not necessarily be ideal for other seed varieties.  If you have held them for some time in storage their viability can be dramatically increased or decreased depending on moisture and temperature. All our seeds have been germination tested as identified for the growing instructions for most seeds. Please make certain to inspect your seeds when you receive them and please review the growing instructions along with your own additional research - happy growing!
