Refund Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with any aspect of your order of healthy truffles or wild superfood or other seeds, please email us immediately at truffles@blackbirdnaturals.com so that we may put a smile back on your face. We will provide you with a full refund if you do not receive your order as intended or give it a go with a replacement with an alternate product that is delectable - so far we have only had smiles! Occasionally, we will not be able to get a particular seed from our small growers so your collection boxes may not include one or another as listed under the product descriptions - in that case, if you are not happy with our replacement at the time of shipping our box, we'll work on sending you one you love. For a refund, please make certain to let us know of any problems within 5 days of receiving your goodies.
